Delete your HuTraits account
You can request deletion of your HuTraits account and related personal data at any time. This page is available publicly so users and app reviewers can access the account deletion process outside the app.
How to request deletion
Send an account deletion request using the button below, or email us directly at support@hutraits.com.
Request account deletion- The email address or phone number used for your HuTraits account.
- Your account type: student or teacher.
- A short confirmation that you want the account deleted.
What will be deleted
- Your profile information, login access, and optional profile details.
- Non-required personal data connected to your account.
- App access tokens and active sessions.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained only when required for legal, safety, fraud prevention, payment, tax, dispute, or accounting obligations. Examples include payment records, invoices, lesson booking records, payout records, support decisions, and compliance logs.
Processing time
We usually process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying account ownership. If additional legal retention is required, we will restrict access to the account and retain only the required records.
